Our most recent 2026 Youth Leadership Conference: Bold Steps, Bright Future occurred on March 28th, 2026. This conference catered to young women 8th -12th grade in Santa Clara County who are eager to learn about life skills and tune into their own passions. In 2026, our keynote speaker was Dr. Carmen Garcia, the Superintendent of the Morgan Hill Unified School District. Attendees of the Conference engaged in expert-led sessions on AI in engineering, entrepreneurial leadership, environmental science, and strategic communication, and gained direct insights from industry professionals across the Bay Area.
