Welcome to Morgan Hill’s AAUW Young Women Leaders!

Our upcoming 2026 Youth Leadership Conference: All the Places You’ll Go! An overview of this for this year:

This conference is catered for young women 8th grade-12th grade in Santa Clara County who are eager to learn about life skills and tune into their own passions. The workshops included are Social Justice, Leadership, Climate Policy, Personal Finance, STEM, and MORE! Here, the future leaders get the chance to find their passions while meeting new people in our community using the skills learned from this conference.

Each year, YWL hosts an annual leadership conference featuring a keynote speaker. This year, our speaker is Dr. Carmen Garcia, the Superintendent of the Morgan Hill Unified School District. Attendees will engage in expert-led sessions on AI in engineering, entrepreneurial leadership, environmental science, and strategic communication, gaining direct insights from industry professionals across the Bay Area. The conference also always includes student-led workshops, which this year focus on engineering, medicine, and mental health. Attendees will also enjoy lunch and a yoga session at the end of the Conference. The participation fee is $7.

Join us on March 28th, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Britton Middle School to learn, connect, and be inspired. Sign up today and be part of this empowering experience!
